At First Love.club, our pieces are intentionally created, not mass produced. Many of our items are custom made or made to order, which means your order may require production time before it is ready to ship.

Processing & Lead Times

Because each piece may be produced specifically for your order, lead times vary by item. Estimated production or processing times will be provided on the applicable product page whenever possible.

Please keep in mind that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not shorten the time required to create your item.

Your Order May Arrive Separately

If your order contains multiple items, they may be created by different production partners or have different lead times. Because of this, items from the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Don't worry if your entire order isn't in the first package. You may receive multiple shipments and tracking notifications as each piece becomes ready.

Tracking

Once an item ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with available tracking information. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Shipping Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please Order Early

If you're purchasing First Love for a gift, holiday, trip, event, or special occasion, we encourage you to order well in advance. Because our pieces are custom made, we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date unless expressly stated on the product page.
