Many First Love.club products are custom made, made to order, printed, embroidered, or produced specifically after an order is placed. By purchasing from First Love.club, you acknowledge that production time may be required before your order ships.

Production & Shipping Times

Estimated production and shipping timeframes are provided where applicable and are estimates based on the information available when your order is placed. Items within the same order may be produced at different facilities or on different schedules and therefore may ship separately and arrive at different times.

If we are unable to ship an item within the timeframe promised to you, we will provide notice and handle the delay, cancellation, and refund options in accordance with applicable law. Federal rules require online sellers to follow specific procedures when promised shipment dates cannot be met.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because many First Love.club pieces are created specifically for your order, production may begin shortly after your purchase is submitted.

Except where required by law or otherwise stated in our Return Policy, custom, personalized, made-to-order, final-sale, and specially produced merchandise may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange merely because of a change of mind, sizing preference, or other reason unrelated to a defect or fulfillment error.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly and provide your order information and photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution consistent with our policies and applicable law.

Colors, Placement & Handmade Variations

Colors displayed on screens may vary from the physical product. Because some pieces are individually printed, embroidered, dyed, washed, or otherwise produced, minor variations in color, placement, texture, distressing, or finish may occur. These natural production variations help make each piece unique and generally are not considered defects.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size guide before ordering. Sizing and fit may vary between garments and manufacturers. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted under our Return Policy, selecting an incorrect size does not necessarily qualify a custom or made-to-order product for a refund or exchange.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We encourage customers to carefully review their order, shipping address, size, color, and personalization before checkout. Once production begins, we may be unable to change or cancel an order.

Nothing in this provision limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights associated with qualifying shipment delays.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed charges will be shown during checkout. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product-information errors, subject to applicable law.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carrier transit times are outside First Love.club's direct control once an order has been transferred to the carrier. However, nothing in this policy eliminates any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer-protection or payment laws.

Intellectual Property

First Love.club names, logos, artwork, graphics, designs, photographs, product designs, and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to First Love.club and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, sold, or commercially used without authorization, subject to applicable law.

Agreement

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, estimated production timeframe, shipping information, sizing information, and applicable store policies and agree to these Terms of Purchase.
